Join Farmer Brothers' Revive™ Service & Restoration team and keep coffee and tea brewing systems performing at their best. Role focus Install, repair, and remove commercial coffee and beverage dispensing equipment across a defined territory. Tackle scheduled PMs, site surveys, and urgent service calls—often on the same day. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend coverage. Manage spare parts inventory and reorder within replenishment guidelines.
Complete flawless documentation:
call closures, work details, accurate invoices, and customer signatures. Plan and execute installation projects in partnership with the team. Communicate clearly with customers and internal partners; relay field insights and requests. Honor SLAs and juggle priorities to meet commitments. Schedule and travel Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. On-call required, including weekends. Drive primarily within a 100-mile radius; occasional regional travel may be required. Minimum qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of mechanical/technical experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to travel within a 100+ mile radius and lift up to 60 lbs frequently. Preferred background Foodservice equipment exposure. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or metering/test instrument experience. Professional capabilities Customer service mindset with strong oral and written communication. Independent, organized, and decisive; collaborates well when needed. Fast problem identification; applies new knowledge quickly. Builds rapport and long-term customer relationships; supports business goals and growth.
