Description:
ATS is looking for an Electronics Technician Maintenance III to work in Fort Campbell, KY. The Electronics Technician Maintenance 3 is assigned to work in the Special Repair Activity (SRA). To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!
Responsibilities:
This technician will be required to troubleshoot and repair circuit cards down to the individual component level and replace board components. Individual must be familiar with the operation of electronic test equipment, to include, but not limited to: Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Audio/RF Generator, RF Meter, Frequency Counter, etc. Will repair aviation electronic and avionics equipment to include receivers, transmitters, amplifiers, control heads, MFCU grips, and other components. Individual will read and interpret schematics, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. This mechanic will perform administrative actions for aircraft forms and records on systems being utilized by the customer such as ACN, GCSS-Army, and Hydra applications.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen Must possess or be able to obtain a secret security clearance. Service school training as 15N/94E/94F or equivalent training. Service school training/certification on Night Vision Devices desirable. 6+ years' experience. SOF aviation experience desirable. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics and IETMs. Experience with ACN or other electronic logbook systems. Experience using multi-meters and other electronics test equipment. Must have own tools/toolbox. Must have or be able to certify in both Basic and Advanced solder certification. Must be able to pass solder vision testing.
