Quick Facts Work Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm
On-Call:
Required rotation, including weekends
Territory:
Typically within a 100-mile driving radius; some regional travel may occur What Will You Work On? Installing, repairing, and removing commercial coffee and beverage dispensing equipment. Handling both scheduled and unscheduled tasks: emergency calls, PM visits, site surveys, and full installs. Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call coverage. Maintaining van stock and spare parts; reordering within company replenishment guidelines. Closing service tickets accurately with detailed notes, complete invoices, and required customer signatures. Planning and executing installation projects in coordination with team schedules. Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams; passing along feedback and requests. Meeting customer program SLAs while prioritizing work to meet expectations. Do You Bring These Qualifications? High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of mechanical/technical experience. Foodservice experience a plus. Preferred exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and using test meters. Valid driver's license; clean driving record. Comfortable traveling within a 100+ mile radius. Strong problem-solving and equipment diagnostics capability. Able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently. Proven ability to juggle emergencies, PMs, surveys, and installs.
