• Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to calibrate and maintain production line and facilities equipment.

You will be working with high precision, commercial and custom-made equipment.

Your responsibilities:

Proactively perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment. Assemble and test new production equipment. Track maintenance and repairs of equipment using electronic log system. Purchasing spare parts and contacting equipment vendors and service providers. Working with operators to understand the issues with equipment. Being on call on weekends on every other weekend. Sustaining 5s in your work area.

Your Qualifications:

High school or technical school diploma. Solid understanding of troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis skills. Ability to read and understand electrical / mechanical diagrams and manuals. 3-5 years' experience as a manufacturing equipment maintenance technician. Experience working with complex processes. Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic and electronic equipment. Ability to work independently. Microsoft Office skills; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;

Preferred:

Prior experience with high precision placement equipment is a plus. Including wirebonders, SRO, Vacuum pumps, chillers Experience with optical components and alignment; Experience in medical/optical/aerospace environment;

Compensation:

Salary Range:

$28/hr
