Scope of Role This is a local, on call field support role focused on maintaining and supporting deployed robotic systems in a clinical setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing light service, maintenance, and device updates Supporting device validations and basic troubleshooting Assisting with clinical demos and operational readiness Providing structured feedback to our engineering team Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined (engineering student, technician, or hands on builder) Reliable and responsive for short-notice, on-site support Comfortable working in hospital environments Able to follow structured procedures with attention to detail No advanced robotics experience is required. This is a hands on, practical support role with guidance provided. Engagement Model Part-time / on-call (as needed basis) Primarily based in the Burlington / Greater Boston area Opportunity to grow with future deployments
