$50,000 - $59,000 Annually Overview We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to support manufacturing operations by testing and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for supporting production and engineering through effective testing, diagnostics, and prototype support. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform testing on electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies as part of the production process. Troubleshoot complex analog and digital circuit board assemblies to the component level. Support engineering and production prototype testing activities. Follow established test procedures and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Participate in quality-focused initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in daily operations. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and shop mathematics. In-depth knowledge of electronic theory, including both analog and digital circuitry. Ability to follow detailed and complex test procedures accurately. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including production and engineering. Education & Experience Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with 5+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with complex electronic assemblies are strongly encouraged to apply. #IND3
