These are 6+ month contract opportunities, with the potential for direct hire for some openings. Candidates should have hands-on wiring, cabling, panel build, and electrical assembly experience.
Pay Rate Electrical Technician I:
$24-$25/hr
Electrical Technician II:
$26-$27/hr Overtime paid at 1.5x Schedule Monday-Friday 1st
Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
Starts at 2:30 PM - BIGGEST NEED Overtime may be required as needed Responsibilities Wire and build electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies per customer requirements Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of material Perform point-to-point wiring Install electronic components including PLCs, relays, lights, switches, and related components Drill or tap holes to mount control units or create openings for components, wiring, or instruments Use hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers Red-line documentation as needed to support engineering change orders Perform deburring, grinding, sawing, and related shop operations Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within the plant Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into cases and cabinets Follow work instructions, safety standards, and production requirements Work overtime as needed
Qualifications Electrical Technician I:
Minimum 2 years of wiring or cabling experience
Electrical Technician II:
Minimum 4 years of wiring or cabling experience Experience with electrical panel wiring, control panel builds, junction boxes, or electrical subassemblies Ability to read and understand schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of material Experience using hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers Experience with PLCs, relays, switches, lights, and related electronic components preferred Ability to perform point-to-point wiring Ability to work onsite in Franklin, MA Willingness to work overtime as needed Safety shoes are required Job Type Contract Work Location In person
