Electronic Technician

Summary:

Builds and wires electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies using schematics, blueprints, and customer specifications on a first-shift schedule. Job Requirements 3+ years of wiring experience Experience building electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of material Experience with point-to-point wiring Experience installing components such as PLCs, relays, lights, and switches Ability to use small hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers Experience drilling or tapping holes for control units, components, wiring, or instruments Ability to perform deburring, grinding, and sawing operations Ability to move materials within a plant using hand pallet jacks Availability for 1st shift Preferred Skills Experience red-lining documentation to support engineering change orders Experience installing finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets Job Responsibilities Wire and build electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies to customer requirements Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of material Drill or tap holes to mount control units and create openings for components, wiring, or instruments Perform point-to-point wiring and install electronic components including PLCs, relays, lights, and switches Use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers during assembly Red-line documentation as needed to initiate engineering change orders Perform deburring, grinding, and sawing operations Move materials within the plant using hand pallet jacks Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets

Pay:
