Job Description

Join Our Team as an Electronic Technician I! We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electronic Technician I to join our team in Franklin, MA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in control panel building, electrical wiring, and schematic reading who are looking to grow their career in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Build, assemble, and wire electrical control panels and operator desks Perform mechanical installation and electrical wiring according to specifications Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Understand and work with electrical currents and circuits Use hand tools to drill, tap, and assemble electrical panels Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards Troubleshoot and verify wiring and component installations as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in control panel building and electrical wiring Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams Strong understanding of electrical principles and currents Experience using hand tools for drilling, tapping, and assembly Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Compensation & Benefits:
