Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electric Motor Mechanic to join our shop. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric motors and pumps. Responsibilities Diagnose electrical issues in electric motors, pump, blowers, etc Repair and overhaul electric motors, including rewinding coils, replacing bearings, and restoring functionality Read parts manuals & determine needed repair parts from diagrams Maintain a clean work space & shop Skills Strong mechanical knowledge Proficiency with hand tools & power tools Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
