Job Description
Associate, Repair Ops Woodwind & Brasswind $16 - $18/hr plus commission depending on location, background and experience. tuition reimbursement, 401(k), employee discount United States, Maryland, Frederick 7114 Geoffrey Way (Show on map) Mar 21, 2026 The purpose of this job is to work with repair department personnel, supporting the day to day operations of the repair operations and refurbishment operations teams. Essential Functions (not all-inclusive): Prepare and process invoices for payment in a timely manner
First line support for tracker for the repair shops
Assist in preparing unbilled repair report
Assist in updating repairs within tracker
Attend weekly staff meetings and prepare the notes from those meetings and distribute accordingly
Maintaining file system of invoices
