Job Description

Parraid, a products company headquartered in Hollywood, MD, designs, engineers, and supports telemetry data systems and mission‑critical communications solutions. We are seeking an Electronics Integration Technician (I or II) to join our Production Team. This role integrates, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware‑based products; sets up and calibrates equipment; analyzes test data; prepares documentation; and ensures adherence to technical and quality requirements. Responsibilities Workplace & Process Compliance Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation. Execute tasks in accordance with QMS processes and procedures. Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and regulatory standards. System Integration, Installation & Configuration Install, wire, assemble, and configure electronic systems and equipment. Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation. Assist engineers with system layouts and product development activities. Testing, Calibration & Analysis Set up and conduct tests, experiments, service checks, and inspections to evaluate equipment and system performance. Calibrate electronic systems and testing equipment. Analyze results and prepare accurate reports and documentation. Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose issues in electronic circuits and systems. Repair, replace, or adjust components as necessary. Perform preventive and routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Documentation & Reporting Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and test outcomes. Prepare lab reports, updates, and technical documentation for clients, engineers, and internal teams. Communication & Collaboration Collaborate effectively with operators, engineers, inspectors, and clients. Provide updates on progress, issues, and equipment status. Support team members and help mentor new technicians. Client & Operator Support Communicate system functionality and operation to clients. Provide demonstrations on safe use, operation, and maintenance when required. Continuous Improvement Recommend process or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical operations. Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering documentation. Proficiency with AC/DC circuits, digital/analog systems, microcontrollers, and low-voltage wiring. Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, soldering equipment, precision tools, and standard hand and power tools. Knowledge of research, testing methods, and electronics troubleshooting techniques. Professional Skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Ability to follow detailed technical instructions. Strong problem-solving, observational, and analytical skills. Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills. Competence using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Desired Experience Experience with IPC J-STD or equivalent standards. Experience in wiring, soldering (including surface-mount), and electronics assembly. Familiarity with
ISO 9001
processes. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, gripping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 50+ pounds. Visual requirements include near/far vision, depth perception, and color discrimination.

Job Type:
Full-Time / Regular Minimal travel required. U.S. Citizenship required. Security clearance not required immediately but must be obtainable.
