You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between software logic and real-world vehicle performance through rigorous testing and data-driven development. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive engine calibration strategies to meet stringent regulatory standards and performance benchmarks including power and drivability. Manage end-to-end development schedules, ensuring project milestones are met through effective resource coordination. Conduct vehicle testing in diverse environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and high-altitude scenarios. Analyze complex datasets to identify technical issues and implement robust software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical groups to refine software logic and validate calibration values. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support development cycles and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. 1+ years of professional experience in engine calibration or powertrain development. Strong grasp of internal combustion engine theory and practical application. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ for control system development. Clean driving record and ability to perform vehicle testing. Preferred Skills Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD) and calibration processes. Knowledge of global emission and OBD regulations (US, EU, Asia). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or VBA for data automation. Familiarity with project management tools to track development progress. Experience working within international or culturally diverse engineering teams.
