As a Calibration Engineer, you will be part of the Powertrain Development Department supporting vehicle and engine calibration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Auburn Hills, Michigan What's the Job? Validate and calibrate key powertrain functions through physical testing on engine dyno and vehicle platforms. Conduct tests on engine bench and vehicle, ensuring calibration milestones are met according to company processes. Participate in development trips for hot, cold, and altitude testing conditions. Create and adjust calibrations with suppliers and partners to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance. Prepare detailed reports and validation estimates, supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering with relevant engine calibration experience. Proficiency with calibration software such as CRETA/Powercal, INCA, APOGEE, and OPTISIM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical reporting. High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Willingness to support physical testing and participate in development trips as needed. What's in it for me?
