If tracking down the source of a fault and bringing a machine back to life is your thing, this role is for you. You'll support assembly lines, metal fabricating machine tools, material handling systems, and our automated lubrication system—keeping production on track. You will Inspect equipment to identify root causes of failures in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Disassemble machinery safely to access components needing service. Measure and evaluate parts for wear, misalignment, and damage. Repair or replace defective drive-train and hydraulic components. Locate compromised air/hydraulic piping; measure, cut, thread, and install new lines. Restart and test machines post-repair to verify performance. Fix broken parts and fabricate replacements when necessary. Operate a lathe, drill press, and grinder to make or rework parts. Bring your expertise High school diploma or GED; or five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of machinery repair and troubleshooting (required). Advanced skill with hand tools. Working knowledge of pneumatic systems. PLC knowledge is a bonus.
