00 per hour Position Summary TWB Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Automation) to support our 1st shift operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, including mechanical systems, electrical components, and PLC-controlled machinery. This position is ideal for a technician with strong electrical and troubleshooting experience who enjoys working hands-on with complex equipment and continuing to grow their technical skills. • Alternating 36-hour and 48-hour work weeks Built-in long weekends every other week Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance Complete mechanical repairs and equipment adjustments Accurately document work in the maintenance management system Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications Electrical troubleshooting experience PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic experience HMI programming or interface experience Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Experience using electrical meters and diagnostic tools Work Environment & Requirements Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) May require Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, and confined space training May require CPR/First Aid certification About TWB Company TWB Company is a joint venture between Worthington Steel and BAO Steel, combining global expertise in advanced manufacturing.
