Sound judgment, excellent communication skills and the ability to drive decisions through consensus and influence change are a must. Conformity of Production (COP) test program responsibilities:

Acquire non-U.S. production vehicles from Stellantis manufacturing plantsCreate & submit vehicle buildup work-order in accordance with the specified certification configurationCreate & submit test requests and review resulting dataMonitor COP emissions test procedures executed by lab personnelPublish final test reports in internal corporate databasesCoordinate vehicle shipment departure schedules with vehicle logistics teamProvide international emissions witness testing support, as neededIn addition to the responsibilities for the COP program, the selected candidate will serve in a supporting role for other tailpipe, EVAP or OBD test programs. This is an onsite position at Chelsea Proving Grounds in Chelsea, MI. Support onsite at the Chrysler Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI may be required periodically. Location(s) 3700 S. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing (with an emphasis on emissions or fuel economy testing)Demonstrated organizational/tracking skills. This position requires tracking multiple vehicles through a complex testing processMust have strong computer skills with a focus on data analysis (MS Excel and data processing/analysis tools)Knowledge of North American emissions regulations, testing and certification processes/proceduresAbility to work onsite with non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit personnel in labs and garagesStrong interpersonal skills required for interacting with powertrain and vehicle development teams

Preferred Qualifications:
