Fiber Installation Technician (1099 Contractor) MVK Cable is currently hiring motivated Fiber Installation Technicians to join our growing team. Now Hiring in
Mulple Michigan Locations:
- Grand Rapids
- Pontiac
- Portage This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) position with earning potential of $4,000
- 8,000+ per month depending on productivity and experience.
Responsibilities:
Install fiber internet services at residential and commercial locations Perform fiber splicing and troubleshooting when needed Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Follow company safety procedures and installation standardsRequirements:
White van or truck (rental options available) Fiber splicer (purchase or rental options available) Basic installation tools Valid driver's license Ability to work independently Ability to lift equipment, carry ladders, and perform physical work outdoorsSchedule:
First jobs typically begin between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Last appointments may start between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on workload Flexible schedule based on assigned jobsTraining:
