Job Description

The HV Battery Rework Technicians will be expected to perform the following duties:

Repair High Voltage Battery packs based on engineering directionUtilize overhead cranes and lifting devicesLoad test articles into chambersPerform Safety inspections on both dunnage as well as the batteries themselvesComplete continued training courses on new tech and safety proceduresCollaborate with engineering teams to develop best practicesMaintain lab equipment
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience in the battery industryGeneral mechanic knowledgeAbility to utilize provided toolsBasic knowledge of operating computersWillingness to work in a team-based environmentExperience working with electrical componentsMust be able to pass medical requirements: Respirator UsageAbility to work in CAT4
HV Protection SuitPreferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higherExperience working with High VoltageStrong knowledge of Battery SystemsThe HV Battery Rework Technicians will be expected to perform the following duties:
