Job Description

Responsible for providing data logging, data collection, and summaries, in support of demonstrating tailpipe emission and OBD targets and objectives being achieved; provide calibration input to support all releases and sign-off completion; collaborate with team members to develop calibrations that optimize Emissions, OBD, and Drivability Calibrators; develop calibration features and calibration labels, and maintain them in quality systems for consolidation into development and production calibration releases; provide support for a full OBD Self-cert; perform emission transparency for FTP's; conduct FTP emissions testing with prototype vehicles at 4k and FUL; utilize and apply knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, ETAS-INCA, CANalyzer, OBD, AVL-Creta, diagnostic applications, calibration management/release, root cause analysis, powertrain testing procedures, data analysis, and macro/script development to perform assigned duties; conduct emissions transparency signoff testing; conduct OBDII self-cert transparency signoff testing; provide any OBD calibration tuning required to complete the necessary self-cert testing; and conduct

Troy, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Salary:
$106,080 per year (Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD/LTD, life insurance, and EAP)
Education:
Bachelors - Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).
Training:
None Experience:
