Automation Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of robotic welding systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment Job Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot 150 MIG and Spot welding robots in the facility, including Fanuc, Motoman, and ABB models Use a toolbox to home, reset, reteach points, and troubleshoot pneumatics on fixtures and sensors Wire 480v 3 phase motors and troubleshoot PLC issues down to the sensors Work flexible hours, including a mandated 4-hour shift extension any day of the week Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical systems, including 480v wiring Experience with robotics, welding, and automation Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and robotic systems Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.45 - $38.45/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
