Now Hiring / Immediate Opportunity for: Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician The Game Technician position is responsible for maintaining the functionality of our unique game technology. Our Game Technicians are knowledgeable on the mechanics and operations of the game/courses and ensure they are performing properly, and safely. Through various troubleshooting and repair techniques as well as timely and accurate reporting, the Game Technician will work closely with the venue team to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere and guest experience on the course. We'd like for you to have: 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance. Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game. Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics. Experience with using hand tools and small power tools Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task Must have flexibility to work varied schedules to include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time This position must pass a post-offer background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment. Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs Familiar with Ethernet data infrastructure Soldering experience Basic understanding of electromechanical devices
