Job Description

Dr. Grahek Apartments in MN is looking for a part-time maintenance technician. 10-15 hours per week. We are looking for a dependable, energetic individual with maintenance background and good communication skills. Duties include general repair, painting, grounds maintenance. Some experience with plumbing, electrical, heating and appliance repair a plus. Valid Boiler license or willing to obtain is a must. Pay is based on experience. This Position is eligible for Paid time off.
