Supports daily production operations through troubleshooting and continuous improvement of operational software and control systems. Works closely with maintenance personnel and facility and corporate engineering to develop and implement improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing and resolving electrical problems, troubleshooting and continuous improvement on analog/digital electronic control systems, PLC programming, HMI systems and computer network communications. Document and implements work order procedures for new equipment/technology and the complete documentation of all system modifications. Repair, calibrate and clean all instruments, pressure switches, flow tubes and gauges to ensure minimal downtime and efficient utilization of pneumatic and electronic equipment.
