Position Overview:

ShopSabre is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Testing Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a critical role in the final testing, quality assurance, and software validation of our CNC routers, plasma tables, and fiber laser machines. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rigorous testing and quality checks on completed CNC routers, plasma tables, and fiber laser machines. Validate software functions to ensure machines operate efficiently and accurately. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and software issues during the testing process. Conduct precise calibration to ensure high-quality machine performance. Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of testing and calibration activities. Work independently as well as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to varying tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong mechanical, computer, and software troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in calibration and quality control processes. Ability to identify root cause issues in machine performance. Quick to learn and apply new information, with a willingness to continuously improve. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. FARO experience is a plus. Competitive Pay:

$22-$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

First Shift Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Four 9-hour shifts and a half day schedule.
