USPRO Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Advanced Electronics Technician to support a highly specialized Production Line responsible for the assembly, testing, and integration of advanced electro-mechanical and electronic systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys working in a prototype and low-volume manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and technical problem-solving are critical. The ideal candidate will have experience assembling and testing complex electronic and mechanical systems while working closely with engineering and production teams to support innovative product development and manufacturing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, integration, and testing of complex electro-mechanical systems, electronic assemblies, and support equipment. Build and assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies using engineering drawings, schematics, sketches, and work instructions. Conduct functional testing using a variety of electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Generate and document test results, inspection findings, and production data. Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures. Utilize precision hand tools, measurement devices, torque tools, and assembly equipment to ensure product quality and compliance. Perform troubleshooting and assist in identifying root causes of assembly or test failures. Support prototype builds, pilot production activities, and process improvements. Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure products meet performance and reliability requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures. Support production schedules and be willing to work additional hours, including weekends, when required. Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field; or Minimum of 2 years of hands-on technician experience in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, prototype, or engineering environment. Experience assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical products. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, blueprints, and mechanical sketches. Proficiency using electronic test equipment such as: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power supplies, Signal generators, and other diagnostic instrumentation Experience using hand tools, torque tools, micrometers, calipers, and precision measurement equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precision assembly work with a high degree of accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications

Certification or familiarity with IPC/J-STD
workmanship standards. Experience supporting prototype, R&D, pilot production, aerospace, defense, electronics, or advanced manufacturing programs.
