Job Description

12+ Month Contract M-F Onsite Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities in a collaborative R&D laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment, PCB and circuit board testing, and execution of standardized test procedures with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Electrical Technician. Hands-on experience testing PCBs, circuit boards, and electronic assemblies. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic systems and components. Experience using electronic test equipment, including: Function Generators, Power Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and related laboratory instruments. Ability to execute tests, follow detailed test procedures, and understand standard testing workflows with minimal guidance. Experience with test setup, execution, and operation of laboratory equipment. Strong documentation skills with the ability to accurately record, analyze, and report test results. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LabVIEW or similar test automation and data acquisition software. Previous experience supporting validation, verification, and qualification testing activities. Key Responsibilities Set up, execute, and document electrical and electronic tests on PCBs, circuit boards, and electronic assemblies. Operate and maintain electronic test equipment and laboratory instrumentation. Troubleshoot test failures and assist in root-cause analysis of electronic systems and components. Accurately record test data and prepare test reports and documentation. Collaborate closely with engineers and other technicians to support test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and validation efforts. Follow established test procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Support ongoing R&D projects in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
