Job Description

Our client, industry-leading safety and equipment services provider, is seeking a FLD Manufacturer Field Representative to join their team. As a FLD Manufacturer Field Representative, you will be part of the technical support and repair department supporting field operations and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

$25 What's the Job? Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer-owned fall protection equipment returned from the field. Examine equipment for damage, wear, or environmental residue, and dismantle as needed for internal inspection. Repair or replace damaged components, ensuring all repairs meet safety and product standards. Create detailed work orders, document parts used, and estimate repair costs accurately. Collaborate with team members, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support safety protocols. What's Needed? Ability to perform visual and mechanical inspections of fall protection devices. Experience operating metalworking tools such as drills and grinders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Effective communication skills for documenting work and coordinating with team members.
