• Travel to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain robotic automation systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose robot performance and movement issues
• Perform software updates, modifications, and light programming
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly communicate technical solutions
• Support preventative maintenance programs and recommend process improvements
• Assist with cost estimates, parts procurement, and documentation
• Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and support sales efforts What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in electronics, automation, or related field (or equivalent combination)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills What You'll Love
