In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of high-precision electronic systems by performing intricate assembly, rigorous testing, and quality verification to ensure every component meets our exacting standards. Responsibilities Construct complex electro-mechanical units by interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and detailed assembly instructions. Execute precise soldering tasks on printed circuit boards and delicate components to ensure optimal electrical connectivity. Prepare and terminate wiring and connectors using specialized tools such as crimping presses and bench-top equipment. Conduct thorough quality inspections and functional testing to validate that all assemblies adhere to performance specifications. Document production progress and inventory usage within our digital tracking systems to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant workspace in accordance with established quality standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing or mechanical assembly. Demonstrated proficiency in soldering fine components and PCBs. Ability to interpret complex technical documentation, including schematics and blueprints. Strong mathematical aptitude for measurement and calibration using calipers and micrometers. Current or previous IPC-A-610 or J-STD certification. Preferred Skills Experience working within ISO 9001 or
ISO 13485
quality management frameworks. Background in wire harness fabrication or connector integration. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to mentor or lead team members in a production environment.
