Laser Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laser Technician to join our team . This role requires hands-on experience with Candela laser systems, specifically GentleMax Pro (GMP) and PicoWay, including advanced handpieces used for: Freckle and pigmented lesion removal Facial skin tightening Laser hair removal The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and committed to safety, education, and exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Perform laser treatments using Candela GMP and PicoWay technologies Conduct in-depth consultations and skin assessments Customize treatment plans based on client skin type and concerns Maintain accurate treatment documentation and uphold safety protocols Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and skincare Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment

Qualifications:

Experience working with Candela GentleMax Pro and PicoWay lasers required Training in advanced handpieces (pigmentation, tightening) strongly preferred Valid MN Esthetics, Laser Technician license, or equivalent certification Knowledge of laser safety, Fitzpatrick skin types, and contraindications Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and team mindset
