Job Description

Join the Revive Service & Restoration Team Farmer Brothers' Revive Service & Restoration group keeps tea and coffee brewing operations running for customers across the region. As a Beverage Systems Installation & Repair Technician, you'll be the trusted expert who installs, maintains, and restores commercial coffee and beverage equipment while delivering an excellent customer experience. A day in the field Your morning might begin with a scheduled preventive maintenance visit, followed by an emergency service call to diagnose a brewing issue, and then a late-afternoon installation where you coordinate logistics, place equipment, and verify performance. Throughout the day, you'll communicate clearly with customers, document every service action, and manage your parts inventory to factory standards. Schedule & travel Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
On-call rotation:
Required after-hours and weekends
Territory:
Primarily within a ~100-mile driving radius; occasional regional travel as needed What you'll do Install, repair, and remove commercial coffee and beverage dispensing systems across an assigned geography.
Complete scheduled and unscheduled service:
emergency calls, preventive maintenance, site surveys, and new placements. Rotate through after-hours/weekend on-call coverage. Maintain proper stock levels; reorder parts within replenishment guidelines.
Close service calls accurately:
detailed work notes, complete invoices, and capture required customer signatures. Plan, schedule, and execute equipment installations in partnership with the team. Communicate promptly and clearly with customers and internal partners; relay customer feedback and requests. Meet customer program SLAs and manage priorities to hit deadlines. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of mechanical/technical experience. Foodservice background preferred. Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and use of test/tech meters preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch. Skilled at troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues. Comfort lifting up to 60 lbs frequently. Ability to juggle scheduled and unscheduled work: emergencies, PMs, surveys, and installs.
