Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various technical tasks, including assembly, repair, and maintenance of powersports equipment. This role requires proficiency with industry tools and software and the ability to perform technical repairs, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Utilize tools effectively for various maintenance and assembly tasks. Conduct diagnostic problem solving and repair on vehicles or machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions. Perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and installations. Assist in sales & service by providing technical expertise and recommendations to customers when necessary. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a technical role. Experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repair. Ability to work in a shop safely and effectively. Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to use modern computer diagnostic tools Certification in Polaris University is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
