Job Title:
Senior Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a Senior Mechatronics Automation Technician to support a large-scale, technology-driven operation that uses advanced robotics, high-speed conveyor systems, and electromechanical automation. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain complex automated equipment in a fast-paced production and distribution environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated conveyor systems, robotic components, and material handling equipment Perform diagnostics and control-level maintenance on PLC-based systems (Allen‑Bradley experience preferred) Maintain sensors, motors, VFDs, relay logic, ladder diagrams, photo-eyes, limit switches, and control circuits Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase system reliability and uptime Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and stable equipment performance Required Skills 3+ years of experience in mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, or maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills with electromechanical systems Hands-on experience with automated systems such as conveyors, robotics, or industrial controls Ability to work safely in a high‑speed, automated production environment Comfort using diagnostic tools, schematics, and electrical test equipment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.28 - $38.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
