What You'll Do You'll train alongside experienced fiber technicians while learning everything it takes to build and maintain a reliable fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTH) network. No experience? No problem-we'll teach you.
Your day may include:
Constructing aerial and underground fiber systems Learning fiber splicing (fusion and mechanical) Troubleshooting fiber using OTDRs and light meters Operating equipment like bucket trucks, drop plows, and lashers Completing job documentation using company‑provided tools Supporting quality control and installation projects What's Required High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to obtain a CDL (no "L" restriction) within 6 months Ability to meet
DOT & OSHA
requirements Strong commitment to safety-this is a safety‑sensitive role Ability to learn pole climbing (company certification within 2 years) Must live within 35 minutes of your assigned office within 6 months. Big Plus If You Have Utility construction experience (aerial and/or underground) Technical or trade school background Strong teamwork and communication skills A desire to learn, grow, and advance Apply today if this position matches your skills, abilities and interests.
