Pay:
$18•21 per hour Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts);
Second Shift Monday•Thursday 4 pm to 2:30 am 10% differential

This entry-level position requires little to no prior experience and offers hands-on training in a clean, high-tech environment. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Position Overview You will perform electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Work is completed under close supervision with clearly defined tasks and detailed instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical components and subassemblies
Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions
Perform go/no-go testing using fixtures and basic electronic test equipment
Adjust, align, and calibrate components to meet required tolerances
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble units as needed
Use hand tools and fixtures to install and connect parts such as wiring, switches, motors, tubing, and mechanical components
Identify and correct defects and ensure product quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Package completed products to prevent damage Work Environment This role is performed in a cleanroom setting. Employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for the entire shift, including:
Coveralls, hood, gloves, and booties
Safety glasses and appropriate footwear The environment is clean, structured, and focused on precision and quality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and working in tight spaces
Use of hand and power tools
Ability to distinguish colors
Comfortable working in a production environment with noise Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required
Up to 1 year of experience or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
