Job Description
Seasonal and Flexible Schedule! With direction and oversight from Manager & Employer, perform all maintenance and repairs on the property. This includes but is not limited to: painting, metal installation, cleaning, roof repair, gutter work, power washing, and any other reasonable task assigned to you by the Manager and/or Employer; Regularly report any issues, concerns or compliance problems to the Manager. Report any and all personnel issues, concerns, and problems to the Manager Immediately report any potentially or actually dangerous or hazardous conditions to Manager and/or Employer Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward others, including tenants, residents, guests, co-workers, and supervisors. Such other duties may be assigned from time to time.
