An experienced and skilled professional with specific knowledge of tooling, machine tools, and CNC manufacturing equipment is desired, however we are willing to train a candidate with automotive repair experience. Precision Drive Systems is a leading provider of high-precision electro-mechanical spindle repair and rebuild services for CNC machines, automated manufacturing systems, and both new and legacy precision machining equipment. Our customers rely on us for accuracy, responsiveness, troubleshooting, and long-term spindle reliability.

Highly motivated person capable of working on projects independently or with limited supervision. Required Experience and Skills A skilled technical professional who can: Read and comprehend design engineering drawings with included GD&T specifications. Disassemble spindle motors, review and replace damaged components, complete repairs, and QC test the assembled spindle. Check blueprints to ascertain specifications, test specifications, procedures, objectives, and proper test equipment. Balances rotating components, conducts tests of completed units and components under operational conditions. Analyze and calculate test results in relation to design or rated specifications and test objectives, and modify or adjust equipment to meet specifications. Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, with precise attention to detail, accuracy, and safety. Solid written and verbal communication skills. High math proficiency.
