Job Description

Our Company Our company has been building, servicing, repairing, and renovating residential pools in the greater Charlotte area for over 35 years. Our team consists of some of the best in the pool industry, and our service represents the gold standard. We have built our stellar reputation for craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction by focusing on the details and taking good care of our employees. This Job We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. This role focuses on repairing high-end pool finishes and structural components, including tile, coping, and decking. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates effectively with clients, and can independently manage their time and job quality.
Job expectations include:
Repair and replace pool tile, coping, and decking with precision and attention to detail Prepare surfaces and apply setting materials including thin-set, grout, mortar, and epoxy products Diagnose issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote repairs Serve as a valuable member of our broader repair team, focusing primarily on masonry work but also assisting with various types of pool service work as needed / able (e.g., filter cleans, plumbing jobs, pump repairs, occasional pool cleaning, etc.) Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and aligns with client expectations Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout projects Maintain a clean and organized job site Manage daily schedule and workload efficiently with minimal supervision Keep accurate records of service visits and document customer service actions and discussions Job Requirements Proven experience in tile, coping, and/or stone/deck repair (pool experience preferred) Strong working knowledge of setting materials: thin-set, grout, mortar, and epoxy systems Trustworthy, honest character with a willingness and ability to do what is right and what is best for the company in all situations Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to work independently and complete jobs to the highest level of quality Attention to detail and cleanliness Proficiency in English Ability to lift 50lbs Valid drivers license US workforce authorization Willingness to submit to and pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings in addition to random drug tests during employment This job is highly autonomous, with 8-hour daily shifts starting between 7:00am and 8:30am Monday through Friday.
