Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join a high-volume injection molding operation. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing molding processes, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring consistent product quality while minimizing downtime and waste. This position is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex processes, working with advanced automation technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor injection molding processes and proactively address production issues to maximize uptime and efficiency Start up, adjust, and optimize molding machines to achieve quality and productivity targets Perform mold changes and machine setups according to production schedules Set up and maintain auxiliary equipment, including dryers, conveyors, and material handling systems Program, troubleshoot, and adjust robotic automation and material handling equipment Complete insert changes, version updates, and verify date code accuracy Diagnose and resolve processing issues while implementing corrective actions Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot equipment, molds, and support systems Conduct and support in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in accordance with company standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in a manufacturing environment Injection molding experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of molding processes, machine setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting Experience working with robotics and automated manufacturing systems Mechanical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, procedures, and process documentation Proficiency with basic computer applications and production systems Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to work a fixed overnight 2-2-3 schedule and overtime when required Work Environment Clean, modern manufacturing facility Fast-paced, high-volume production environment Advanced injection molding and automation technology Safety-focused culture committed to employee success Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Performance and incentive bonus opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Career advancement opportunities and ongoing skills development Why Join?
