Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calibrating a wide range of dimensional and physical gages, ensuring they meet the company's quality procedures and customer expectations. You will update gage tracking software and generate certifications with gage calibration results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Set up and perform calibrations for a wide range of dimensional and physical gages Follow company quality procedures and customer expectations during calibrations Update gage tracking software and generate certifications with gage calibration results Requirements Strong understanding of dimensional calibration Strong mathematical skills Effective communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a team environment Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn independently to find solutions to potential customer problems Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create concise technical reports Ability to reason and negotiate complex problems with customers Familiarity with Dimensional/Hand Tools/ULM Calibrations Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) with Employer Match Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic and Voluntary Life, Short-term and Long-term disability Eligibility to participate in Calibration Technician Bonus Plan based on productivity
