Electrical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift $26.50/hr - $36.50 + Progression + Training + Company Tools Provided + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO + 401(k) + Excellent Benefits Gastonia, NC (Commutable from Charlotte, Hickory, Shelby, Morganton and surrounding areas) Are you an Electrical Maintenance Technician with PLC troubleshooting experience looking for a stable night shift role offering strong training, progression opportunities, and long-term career development? On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an international manufacturing business that is investing heavily into its maintenance department, employee development, and long-term company culture. This company are known for their stable manufacturing environment, strong onboarding process, and progression opportunities through multiple technician levels with associated pay increases. They are currently strengthening their maintenance team and looking for electrically biased technicians to support continued production growth. In this role, you will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment, support PLC troubleshooting and electrical fault finding, and help maintain production uptime within a modern industrial facility.
