Job Description

SUMMARY Support the daily operation of on‑site equipment by performing routine checks, addressing equipment issues promptly, and guiding equipment technicians during the shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor equipment status, perform basic calibration, and assist with commissioning tasks. Help ensure equipment produces qualified products according to production, quality, and process requirements. Follow established equipment safety procedures and help reinforce safe operating practices among team members. Provide input on equipment improvement needs and support implementation of approved optimization tasks. Record equipment abnormalities and provide data for ongoing improvement efforts. Offer basic technical guidance and on‑the‑job training to new equipment personnel. Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Education Associate degree in a science or engineering field (e.g., physics, electronics, mechanical). Experience Minimum 3 years of equipment maintenance experience. Minimum 1 year of leading a team of equipment technicians. Skilled in mechanical maintenance tools. Experience with solar panel manufacturing equipment preferred but not required.
Knowledge / Skills
/ Abilities Familiarity with manufacturing equipment operations and basic equipment management practices. Strong troubleshooting ability and hands‑on technical skills. Good communication, teamwork, and reliability.
Pay:
$33.00 - $36.00 per hour
