Monday- Friday 7am to 4pm; extended hours as the situation calls for.
Job Duties:
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, systems, and ovens. Check functionality of safety systems. Assist with the upkeep of the facilities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.Skills/Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in a mechanical repair environment with proven knowledge of tool usage and care as well as a desire to learn to use and care for new tools and equipment. Proven knowledge of tool usage and care Strong work ethic that includes an excellent attendance record Strong respect for other workers and a willingness to take direction.Basic Computer skills:
Excel and Word are preferred. experience using hand and electrical tools. Ability to read technical manuals and drawings. Knowledge Mechanical- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. English Language
