Generator Technician

E & W Electrical, LLC, is focused on complete generator solutions for residential and commercial customers. E&W offers all aspects of generator services, including sales, design, load analysis, installations, repairs, effective proactive maintenance plans and remote monitoring. We currently represent 3 manufacturers. Responsibilities Service all makes/models of generator sets, residential and commercial Utilize load bank for output verification and calibration Troubleshoot and repair generator equipment components through logical steps using manuals, applicant must have an understanding of basic generator, electrical and combustion engine theories. Troubleshoot and repair engines, air cooled and liquid cooled, mostly natural or LP gaseous Requirements Minimum 4 years generator experience, engine maintenance, and repair Valid driver's license and good driving record Good communication skills Great customer service skills High School Diploma and technical school preferred Benefits Competitive salary with planned evaluations every six months 401k with 100% company match up to 3% Company paid employee medical, ADD and life insurance Dental and Vision Plan Options Health pretax savings account (HSA) Paid vacation and holidays Performance bonus
