Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Services Team. This position is fully onsite at our customer s aeronautical manufacturing facilities in Kinston, North Carolina. The role requires daily presence at the customer site and involves hands-on work in a dynamic industrial environment. You will work directly with CNC/PLC‑controlled systems, performing diagnostics, calibrations, and process optimization to ensure optimal machine performance. The role also includes supporting machine acceptance activities and providing hands‑on training to customer personnel. In addition, you will collaborate closely with our Service teams to coordinate interventions, respond to technical incidents, and contribute to Service initiatives in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.

Support machine acceptance procedures and deliver customer training on proper machine operation. Coordinate with internal Service teams to plan and execute service interventions and respond to customer incidents. Contribute to Services activities, including documentation, service reports, and technical support. Develop technical content for manuals (operation, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance). Maintain thorough project records and documentation.
