Back To Results Maintenance Technician - Mechanical/Electrical Job Description Our client, located in Lexington, NC, has an immediate opening for an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic with strong Mechanical and Electrical experience.
Qualifications Include:
Three to five years electrical troubleshooting of manufacturing style systems and machines expectations Analytical Thinking — Job requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems. Three to five years electrical troubleshooting of manufacturing style systems and machines expectations Dependability Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of machines, tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Basic understanding of PLC's Understanding of pneumatics, sensors, gears & levers. Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
Duties Include:
Set up and verify functionality and safety of equipment Perform maintenance and repair of Manual, Semi-Automated, & Automated equipment Inspect finished products produced by machinery to adhere to quality standards Maintain and Perform Preventive Maintenance Program. Interacting with Computers — Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or integrated systems or equipment.
Education Required:
