Electronics Technician (2 year Associates in Electronics and Surface Mount Exp.)

Technicians at RDM Electronics troubleshoot, reverse engineer, and replace components on electronic circuit boards. The technicians are also responsible for giving technical phone support to our customers when needed.

Daily job duties may include:

Soldering/desoldering components on products (through-hole and surface mount). Troubleshoot products by using Voltmeters, Oscilloscopes, etc. Draw schematics with computer software for troubleshooting purposes. Keep test systems in good working order. Maintain proper inventory levels of assigned products. Perform final testing and quality assurance procedures before putting in inventory.
