Responsibilities Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of draft beer lines, towers, faucets, and associated equipment to uphold quality standards. Use your mechanical knowledge to assemble, install, or replace draft system components efficiently. Perform routine inspections of draft systems to identify potential problems before they affect service; document findings accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining maintenance procedures, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout each visit. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for ongoing maintenance planning. Requirements Proven experience in draft beer line cleaning and repair. Strong understanding of draft system Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience assembling or repairing complex equipment. Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC components, or similar technical fields is not required but a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude in client interactions. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments; comfortable climbing or in confined spaces.
