Job Description

Blockage Team Lead Location:
Pinehurst NC FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Pay:
$25-$30/hr Job Summary Leads blockage resolution work including conduit clearing, obstruction identification, fiber restoration, and pathway preparation. Key Responsibilities Lead blockage and troubleshooting activities Diagnose conduit or pathway issues Perform trenching and digging as needed Splicing of fiber Floating/blowing fiber within existing infrastructure Use fiber diagnostic and testing tools Guide assistant technician Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Understanding and operation of fiber blowing/floating equipment Requirements OSP / underground fiber experience Fiber splicing experience Fiber troubleshooting capability Basic equipment knowledge (OTDR, VFL, PON meter, etc.) Ability to perform trenching/digging Valid driver's license
